At Aspen Engineering we’ve designed retaining walls for contractors, engineers, commercial developers, homeowners, and landscapers for over 10 years. Now we’re engineering them underground! Our new underground detention system known as Geostorage replaces inefficient storage devices like arch chambers and corrugated metal pipe with a 100% void space supported by reinforced earth.
With tighter water quality regulations, flood protection rules, and channel protection requirements water storage is becoming more of an issue in site design and constructability. Not only is Geostorage cost-competitive with any other system on the market, it provides the greatest value for any given footprint. Its land efficiency rating is higher than traditional pipe systems, plastic chambers, and even corrugated metal.
Geostorage underground detention systems are #1 in efficiency from a contractor’s standpoint as well. Wrap-face wire wall systems are quicker to install and don’t require any special machinery.
